The Diagonal 525 building in Barcelona has won the Novum Design award in the 2021 architectural design category through the concept of sustainable rehabilitation and reducing the environmental impact of use.
The D525 office building located in Diagonal, Barcelona has been designed through the concept of sustainable rehabilitation, recovering a building with the objective of reducing its environmental impact of use, extending its efficient useful life. Its execution was carried out with materials of strict respect for the environment and a comprehensive environmental quality management plan, incorporating all the design and construction requirements to achieve LEED Gold certification.
