Helios is one of the two best office buildings in Spain.
The two buildings have been awarded ex aequo as the best building of new construction by the Spanish Association of Offices (AEO).
The entity has highlighted that the two properties show the quality from two different points: the multi-tenant and the corporate.
Helios is a group of buildings located in Madrid and is currently owned by ING. The association has taken into account the architecture of the complex, "forming a set of great urban presence, mainly by the volume of large forged horitzontal, flying on the facts of curtain walls and delimit a very attractive environment".
