La Montaña Residence

PGI ENIGNEERING is proud that the 59 houses La Montaña residential project in the San Blas district of Madrid has obtained an A energy rating.

This rating has been achieved through the design of a community biomass system, with underfloor heating and an enclosure of LCV minimizing thermal bridges.

The project is based on a commission from a developer who intends to market some collective housing with an open terrace distribution with a minimum of 10 m², and thus avoid its calculation. In addition, it is based on an approach where the building capacity must be exhausted, the maximum number of houses allowed and a pre-established percentage of units of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.
