Starts the construction of the first zero energy building in Latin America
It is the OUM Wellness complex in Monterrey, designed by the Mexican subsidiary of PGI Engineering.
PGI México, mexican subsidiary of PGI Engineering, reference group of facilities engineering in Spain, has designed the first building in Latin America which aspires to obtain the certification Nzeb (Net Zero Energy Building). This seal accredits a zero energy balance, fruit of significant energy savings, and demonstrates that all implemented energy has to be compensated in its totality for the generated in the same complex and from renewable sources.
